Kids Yoga – Ages 4 to 8

Just like adults, children also need to learn tools to help them relax, reduce stress and build resilience. Yoga for children also helps to improve strength, flexibility, coordination and balance in a fun and inclusive environment.
Our Mala Kids classes teach children mindfulness, movement, and social emotional learning.
Classes will include breathing exercises, warm up, yoga postures, movement, creativity and relaxation.
Classes are open to all children aged 4 to 8 years and will be held at our new O’Connor studio. All equipment is provided for your child.
These classes are designed to be a special time for children to learn yoga with their peers – parents are encouraged to visit our local cafe while your child learns yoga. Please contact us prior to booking to discuss parental attendance at class.

If you’d like to book your child into individual classes, please email us to check on availability.
Please remember to arrive ten minutes before your first class start time to finalise registration for your child. A parent or guardian will be need to be in attendance for drop off and pick up.
