Deep Peace and Relaxation Masterclass

Stress and anxious thoughts can put our nervous system out of balance. Learning to consciously relax and calm your body, mind and spirit is so important to maintain equilibrium and joy in life.
In this interactive class, you’ll learn yoga asana (postures), breathing practices and essential oil techniques to:
✧ find peace, calm and stability
✧ relax your whole being – physically, emotionally and mentally
✧ support yourself when life gets stressful and overwhelming
During class you’ll be creating a space of quiet, calm and soothing relaxation to move into the rest of your day refreshed and grounded.
Class will include a combination of Hatha and Yin yoga, where you’ll move and stretch your body in preparation for deep rest.
You’ll explore the use of essential oils at different points of practice for deeper relaxation and tranquility.
You’ll learn mindful breathing techniques to bring about a sense of calmness and lightness within the body and mind.
And you’ll finish with an extra long savasana.
Bookings are essential for this Masterclass! All yogis are welcome including beginners.
Investment is $25, class will be 90 minutes duration.
