Teens Wellbeing and Yoga
Term 2 2020 course: Start Tuesday 12 May @ 4.00pm for eight weeks
Just like adults, teenagers also need to learn tools to help them relax, reduce stress and build resilience.
Life is so complex and over-stimulating now – flashing screens everywhere, a constant stream of information and news, outside pressure on what to do and how to be.
Now more than ever it’s important to have the tools and practices to unwind, soften and simply be.
Wellbeing and yoga practices also help to improve strength, flexibility, coordination and balance in a fun and inclusive environment.
Our Teens Wellbeing and Yoga classes are based on the evidence-based program developed by Yoga Ed, teaching teens mindfulness, movement, and social emotional learning.
Classes will include breathing exercises, warm up, yoga postures, movement and relaxation.
Classes will be guided online via Zoom.
Bookings are essential.
The Term 2 2020 program runs for eight consecutive weeks.
$149 now $112 per person.
